It is a typical old Tuscan stone farm-house: standing on the hills near the centre of Camaiore it views the sea and it's surrounded by woods and olive groves. The owner Roberto Barberi is an artist who recently restored the house by learnedly harmonizing traditional materials and modern solutions; all the rooms are fitted with paintings and art objects collected during his travels.

On the ground floor there are four rooms with private bathroom. Each room has direct access to the garden; other facilities are: conditioned air, strong box, internet wi-fi and, by request, satellite TV.
Breakfast is served under gazebos in the olive grove or in a dining room in case of bad weather; food is home produced or carefully selected among local artisan producers.
